A dedicated jobs platform for freelance yacht crew and luxury hospitality professionals. Clients post freelance and short-term roles, members apply directly, and every conversation happens inside the platform — built and run by Frey Recruitment.

We're a platform, not an agency. Clients pay for platform access, freelancers pay an annual membership for full access, and the conversation between the two is direct. We don't take commission on anything anyone earns or saves by hiring here.

Both. The platform covers freelance roles across yachting (day work, relief cover, delivery, charter, seasonal) and luxury hospitality (villa seasons, private estates, race crew catering, event staffing). One account, one board.

Freelance and short-term roles: relief captains and engineers, delivery crew, day workers, stews and chefs covering a charter, villa chefs for a summer, housekeeping through a busy estate season, event and race crew. If it's temporary, freelance or seasonal in this industry, it belongs here.

Everything happens in the platform. Freelancers get notified when a client replies. Clients get notified when applications land. Nothing gets lost in spam folders or group chats, and you can check notifications from the header or your dashboard.

For freelancers

The annual Freelancer Membership is €50 per year. It unlocks full job details on every posting, direct applications to any open role, and in-platform messaging with clients. One payment, valid for twelve months — no per-application fees and no cap on how many jobs you can apply to.

Yes. Three-month and six-month memberships are available if you only need access for a season — see the membership page for current prices. The annual plan is still the best value per month.

Yes. Anyone with a free account can browse the full board and see job summaries, roles and locations. You'll need an active membership to see full job details, apply to a role and message clients inside the platform.

Upload your CV once and you can apply to any live role in a couple of clicks. No lengthy profile to complete first, and no separate cover letter required — clients see your CV and any note you choose to add.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't pro-rate or clawback.

No. Your arrangement is directly with the client. We don't take commission on any role you find or fill through the platform — whatever you agree on day rate, season rate or salary is yours to keep in full.

For clients

You can buy individual job credits — €20 for one, €80 for five, €150 for ten — or take an annual unlimited plan at €500. Each credit publishes one posting that stays live until you close it. The annual plan lets you post without limit for twelve months, which makes sense if you hire across a full season.

No. You only ever pay for platform access — a credit or the annual plan. There's no percentage taken on any hire, no success fee, and no ongoing charge on anyone who comes on board through the platform.

Yes. If you're a captain, chief stew, villa manager or operations coordinator posting on behalf of an owner, programme or management company, that's exactly what the platform is built for. Each post uses one credit regardless of who the role is ultimately for.

Until you close it. There's no expiry date on a posting — when you've hired (or decided not to), mark it closed from your dashboard. This means a credit covers the whole search, however long it takes.

Yes. Applicants land in your dashboard with their CV, and you can message them inside the platform — no need to share your personal email or phone number up front. Move to other channels only when you're ready to.

No. Client credits stay on your account until you use them. Buy ahead of a busy season and use them when you actually need them.

Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe, which accepts all major debit and credit cards. We don't store your card details ourselves.

From your account dashboard. Update payment details, change a plan, download invoices or cancel a recurring subscription — all in one place.

All prices are in euros (€). If you pay in another currency, your bank or card provider will apply the conversion at the time of purchase.

Yes. Stripe emails a receipt for every transaction, and invoices are available from your account for any active subscription.
